Find e-Journal Help

Find e-Journal

To access, click Find e-Journal in the menu.

Find e-Journal enables you to find the journals in which you are interested.

You can then access an individual e-journal, ask for SFX services for that e-journal, or add the e-journal to your My e-Journals list.

Two methods of finding an e-journal are provided:

  1. By Title : To find an e-journal by title, do one of the following:

Click on the first letter of the title of the e-journal. The e-journal list displays all e journals whose title starts with this letter.

Type in all or part of the e-journal title in the Title field. Select Starts with , Contains or Exact . You can use a question mark as wild card (meaning, type "theor?" to locate Theoretical linguistics and Theory of probability and its applications). Then click Go .

Click on Go without entering text to jump to the beginning of the alphabet.

Note: When you use the Starts with function, you can browse backwards and forwards through the full e-journal list using the Next and Previous .

  1. Locate : You can specify several criteria that identify the required e-journal, such as title, ISSN/eISSN and subject. Click Go to start the search.

Find e-Journal List

The e-journal list can be displayed in two views: Table View and Brief View . You can toggle between the different views. At the top of the list, you can see the first title word of the first and last e-journals that appears in the currently displayed page. To display another page, click Next or Previous . If you chose the Starts with option, you can jump to any other location in the list. To do so enter the first letters of another title in the Starts with field and click Go/Perform action symbol to jump to a database whose title starts with these letters or words.

Note: If you have authenticated yourself by logging in, you can set your preferred view as part of your preferences .

Table View displays the e-journals in a table, one row for each e-journal. Table View provides the following options:
